Charles Jarrett was born in 1944 and pursued his higher education at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, where he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees. He later attended medical school in Memphis, Tennessee, earning his Doctor of Medicine degree. After completing three years of internal medicine training, Dr. Jarrett began a medical career that spanned twenty-five years, providing compassionate care to countless patients.

Drawing on a lifetime of professional experience and personal insight, Dr. Jarrett brings depth, empathy, and authenticity to his writing. His work reflects a thoughtful understanding of the human experience, shaped by decades in medicine and a keen appreciation for the challenges and triumphs of everyday life.
